The Challenge
The client had legacy Modbus RTU devices with no way to relay data to their cloud ERP. Manual data collection was costly and error-prone.

Our Solution
We built a custom Yocto-based Linux image on NXP i.MX8. A C++ daemon handled Modbus polling and published JSON over MQTT to AWS IoT Core. A Flutter dashboard gave real-time KPI visibility.
